Seller's Mandate issues NCNDA and IMFPA to Buyer or Buyer's Mandate. Buyer or Buyer's Mandate returns back Signed/Sealed NCNDA/IMFPA to Seller's Mandate. 4. Seller's Mandate issues SPA and CI to Buyer or Buyer's Mandate. Buyer or Buyer's Mandate execute, sign and seal SPA and returns back to Seller's Mandate. Buyer and Seller lodge SPA and CI in their respective Banks. 5. Buyer and Seller sign Non-performance agreement and penalties thereafter as mutually agreed. 6. Seller's Mandate issues to Buyer or Buyer's Mandate Production agreement and other partial POP. 7. Buyer or Buyer's Mandate issues to Seller's Mandate Partial POF in Form of BCL, SP, RWA or others with authorization to proof company credibility and readiness to pay for a product via MT**3 after successful product verification. 8. Seller's Mandate per Buyer's or Buyer's Mandate's request arranges meeting between Buyer and Seller. Hard copies of SPA and CI will be exchanged by the Seller and Buyers Side. 9. Seller arranges and provides SGS Report and Product Verification authorization to Buyer. *0. Buyer commences product verification and will be paying by MT**3 after successful verification and getting full POP from Seller or Seller's Mandate. Payment by MT**3 and Delivery process.
