Basic information



This system automatically accomplishes the empty box transfer, materials filled, weigh and load-off full boxes, which is applied the box packing for powder and particle.



Principle



Conveyor belt will stop after conveying the empty carton to waiting station. When materials in charging station cartons reaches to the setting quantity, the shifting mechanism will drive the full carton left weighing station, automatically shift to the end of roller line along the roller line. When full carton shifting mechanism reverts back to the initial station, empty carton shifting mechanism will move the empty carton to weighing station, and weighing unit will tare automatically, then butterfly valve of filling unit open rapidly, materials go into carton, meanwhile empty carton shifting mechanism reverts back to the initial station, the next empty carton arrived to waiting station. The butterfly value of charging unit closes rapidly when materials in weighting station cartons up to the setting weight, driven by full carton shifting mechanism to leave weighing station, automatically shift to the end of roller line along the roller line. Keep repeating above actions to realize automatic convey cartons, taring, filling and weighing functions. During this process, sweep-up pipe will suck up the dust that escaped to the outside of carton to avoid environmental pollution.
