SANLE is to engineer, design and set up powder coating or paint finishing systems at a reasonable cost and within the project schedule. These systems must be reliable, environmentally friendly, require low maintenance and low operating cost and produce high quality finishes. We have built up hundreds of turn-key projects in China and abroad.

The whole powder coating line including the pretreatiment, dry off/ curing oven system, heating system,powder booth and recovery system, there are also some matching equipment, like the electrostatic spray gun, reciprocator.

There are three different pretreatmet system, the spraying system suitable for single shape and bulk production, it's fully-automatic painting line, just the cost wil be some higher. 
The dipping pretreatment is widely used, suitable for various shape, material, various size products and inner surface pretreatment.
The rolling wash pretreatment is suitable for sheet metal, it's semi-automatic.

We can supply three types of powder spray booth at high quality level: mono-cyclone system, multi-cyclone system, filter cartridge system.
