Step 2: Welding: Using SMD automatic, making weld tightly,
products more stable more beautiful.
Step 3: Debugging: Strict in testing program, with MCU control
broad test (turn voltage and take load), making voltage more
accurate, reducing the failure rate.
Step 4: Assemby: Using imported tricyclic paint which spray on
PCB, can be waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion, make the
products more stable and long-term use.
Step 5: Finished products test: Testing for sensitivity,
dual-control study and all functions.
Step 6: Aging test: Sensitivity test, performance test
including of remote control, lighting and so on.
Step 7: Finished products: Random inspection by quality
inspector in accordance with ISO***1 Quality Control
