PP hollow sheet production line

The hollow sheet/board production line is consisted by following items:
1 Single screw extruder with high efficiency
2 Automatic screen changer
3 The extrusion die for the hollow sheet
4 Calibration device with vacuum
5 First Haul off device and edge cutter
6 Oven device
7 Laminating device for the surface protection
8 Second haul off device and edge cutter
9 Auto cutter device with metering system

You can use different extrusion die and calibration moulds with relevant extruding screw to produce different sheet like PE, PP, PC.

This PP hollow sheet/board extrusion line is equipped high performance extruder, die, screen change system, vacuum forming table, cooling rocket, haul-off unit, cutting unit and etc.

PP plastic hollow sheet production line is specially designed for producing PP hollow/corrugated sheet with width up to ***0mm.
