Description of PP/PE sheet production line:

The PP/PE sheet production line is used for the production of sheet or board in different demands with different materials. It is suitable for extruding PVC,PP,PS,PE,ABS and other materials. PMMA and PC plate material can also be processed If change the machine model head. If adding a drying device, PET sheet material can also be processed.

Featuers of our PP/PE sheet extrusion line:

1.Special designed screws are adopted, which can ensure high plastification rate.
2.Precise temperature control(*1`C or *1`C) and special modules ensure precise thickness and flatness control.
3.Adjusting thickness of sheet by screw and oil pressure pressing wheel double direction so as to achieve thickness exactly.
4.The plastic sheet machine equipped with meter counter can set the length of product.
5.The winder can automatically adjust the speed and tension and set the width of needed products freely.
