Pivotal Export Solutions Ltd has developed relationships with a network of monetizers to monetize financial Instruments for clients worldwide by arranging the monetization against owned bank instruments such as Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Medium Term Notes, Long Term Notes, Certificate of Deposit, Bank Drafts, Debentures and Collateralized Mortgage Obligation.
Our monetizers can also provide S2S & DTCC for International transactions.

This form of financing can be used in order to monetize the newly created instrument to obtain the right funds for Project Financing or Private Placement Program. Monetizing a financial instrument is becoming rather common and can be done in as little as ***0 days.

Monetizing Program Highlights:

• We represent traders that can monetize most instruments upto *0% gross and *0% net through PPP, Bullet or trading platform.
• The financial instrument must have a minimum Face Value of $**0 Million USD/EURO.
• The instrument must be from Top**5 World Bank Instruments ONLY rated AA or AAA and must contain the following 5 phrases: Irrevocable, divisible, transferable, assignable and unrestricted.
• The instrument can be Fresh Cut or Slightly Seasoned leased or cash backed.
• *- year term and 1 day Financial Instrumenst must be owned- NOT LEASED NO FRONT FEES, NO APPLICATION FEES, NO PROCESSING FEES. ***0 day closing ****0% of face value advance.
• The financial instrument must have swift capacity and must be swift for one year and one day on the verbiage which is in readiness to proceeds. 
• The client must be in control of the instrument and be able to deliver the instrument to the financial institution via Swift MT **0.
• Forms of acceptable Hard Assets include, GOLD BULLION with full banking responsibility.
• Total Commission for Intermediaries can be between 2% - 5% on each side as indicated above and this will be included in the Funding LTV.
• Available recievers for EBICS, S2S & DTC for International transactions.

Required Documents:

1. Project Summary or Description.
2. Letter of Request stating the amount of funding required.
3. Full Client Information Sheet
4. Copy of the Instrument Front & Back

We will issue Monetizing Contracts only when the Client passes the "Due Diligence" successfully to start the transaction.

Due Diligence usually take 2 to 3 International Banking Days unless where it is impossible to reach some of the agencies that will help in providing information on the client within reasonable time.

Important Note: If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, or misleading to Our Company or Our Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, or misleading will be subject to prosecution and reported to Interpol Financial Crime Unit, Europol, United States Secret Service, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), and Central Bank Counterfeit Deterrence Group (CBCDG).
