MABANI STEEL: INTRODUCTION Mabani Steel is equally owned by the Al Rajhi Investment Group (A Saudi Company) and the Raed Al Mashal Business Group (a Saudi Business Group). The Chairman of the board of Mabani Steel LLC is Engineer Faisal Sulaiman Al-Rajhi. Mabani Steel is a designer, manufacturer and erector of: Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings “PEB” and Hot Rolled Structural Steel “HRSS”. The factory has been built and equipped, from the start, for the following production capacities:  PEB : ***0 metric tons (MT) per month  HRSS : ***0 metric tons (MT) per month The company’s Head Office and Main factory are located in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The company undertakes the erection of its products for select Customers in select areas (sales territories) and executes the erection using its own in-house erection staff, specialized erection companies (Builders) or a combination of both. Sales are made through *7 sales offices, of which 3 are in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah & Al Khobar). All sales offices have a resident erection specialist who is responsible for monitoring the erection quality of Mabani Steel products irrespective of whether the erection is undertaken by Mabani Steel or by a Customer nominated erector. Mabani Steel is committed to complying with the latest editions of the applicable U.S.A. Design Codes such as American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), American Welding Society (AWS) and the latest U.S.A. Building codes such as Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) and International Building Code (IBC) in the analysis, design and fabrication of its products. For PEB Mabani Steel uses software that has been developed by Metal Building Software Inc. (MBS), a U.S. based software developer that specializes in one software only: the generation of design, shop drawings, erection drawings and Bills of Materials for the PEB industry. For HRSS Mabani Steel uses the STAAD PRO software for the analysis & design and TEKLA for the generation of engineering shop drawings and Bills of Materials.
