The prefabricated rubber athletic track surfaces are globally recognized to be the replacement of the traditional PU(polyurethane)ones. The one time embossing workmanship makes the perfect quality and no others could be compared with that for their advantages of strong wear-resistance, anti-slippery, shocking absorbent, excellent elasticity, anti-aging and long lasting durability. And further, they do not have the problems of the rubber granules coming off the surface. The surfaces could be recycled after its lifespan. They have passed the tests made by IAAF(International Association of Athletics Federations) to be a completely environment protected products. We are now providing better and more comfortable sports surroundings for the players.
The main material that we are using is natural rubber and the track surfaces are made into two layers. The upper layer is a bit harder than that of the lower and the elasticity for the two layers is not the same.  The surface is moulded with irregular convex lines while the back of the waffle pattern forming ***0 concave air cushions per each square meter after it glued onto the asphalt basement, thus further enhancing its anti-slippery, elasticity and shocking absorbent, making less harms for the players.
Both the top and bottom layers will be sent for vulcanization with high temperature at the same time after calendaring and embossing on both sides.  This will guarantee that the top and bottom layer will become as one part and wont have the split between the two layers.  Although the the same materials are used, the top and bottom show different physical properties with varying assortments for each layer.
The bubbling treatment makes it stronger in elasticity.  It guarantees the bend laying with same performance of the stretch.

Fair Play:

As for the outward appearance of the tracks, we could guarantee that the sports flooring system would remain the same for the whole field, thus to ensure the Olympic competing spirit of Fair Play for each player.

Environmental Protection:

The materials that we are using are non-poisonous and non-harmful without any pollution thus making no harms for the sports players and users. The materials could be recycled.
Maintenance:

There is no need of special maintenance:

No rubber granules will be coming off the surface.

Regular cleanings and inspections, minor repair is necessarily needed.

Prevent chewing gum, food and beverages on the track surface.

Smoking is prohibited.

Watch for dirt, mud or debris of any kind tracked onto the surfaces.

Abrasive materials can cause premature wear to the surface.

No autos and trucks allowed onto the surface.
