Prefabricated and pre-finishing
houses
The housing products we provide are hybrid
housing system, which mainly consist of fully prefabricated
panels and fully prefabricated modules. This hybrid system opens
the door to almost all kinds of house designs. On the other hand,
through mechanic assembly with the panels and modules, it
dramatically improves the efficiency of house building, saving
huge labor and time consumptions on site.
The panels have the following
features:
Light guage steel frame and OSB attached
as structure layer;
EPS and glass wool as insulation
layer;
Fiber cement board and plasterboard as
lining layer;
Waterproof membrane and breathe foil
pre-installed;
Doors and windows
pre-installed;
Wiring and plumbing
pre-installed;
Multi-options for external
cladding;
Multi-options for internal
finishing;
Besides the feathers of panels, the
modules have the following features:
Cupboard, benchtop, sink and faucet are
pre-installed in the kitchen module;
Toilet, shower enclosure or bathtub,
vanity and faucet are pre-installed in the bathroom
module;
This hybrid housing product will be packed
and loaded into container and directly transported to the
building site. With the crane and forklift, the panels and
modules will be hoisted to the position and connected by the
fastners. After the completion of Connecting wires and pipes from
different panels and modules, and joint treatment between panels
and modules, the house will be completed and available for
handover.
