Preformed directly buried insulating pipe

Product Description

A directuried pre-insulated pipe consists of the core pipe, PU foam layer and PE casing pipe. Generally, the core pipe is a steel one, but we can use other kinds materials for the core pipr as demanded.
The seamless steel pipe, screw seam steel pipe and electric welding steel pipe we use as the core pipe are made of *0# and Q**5B steel. And their natural capacity and performance meet the national standard and Petrol Ministry standard. Seamless steel pipes adopt GB/T***3 standard, screw sean steel pipes adopt SY/T***7 and GB/T***1 standard, and electric welding steel pipes adopt GB/T***1 standard.
Generally, the pipes of between DN*0mm and DN**0mm are of seamless steel or electric welding steel, and the pipes of and above DN**0mm are of screw seam steel. Besides, as demanded by a project, we can choose different steel pipes to meet customers requirement.
PE casing pipe is made of HDPE material, which is great in mechanical strength and excellent in anti-corrosible performance. It can assure that the pipe will not be destroyed by external factors during the process of installing, transporting and using.
The PU foam layer is made of PU, which is all over in the room between the steel pipe and the PE casing pipe. It has high adhesion intensity, so it can make the steel pipe, the PE casing pipe and the PU foam layer a compact unit. The density of PU foam is not less than *0kg/m³.
The PU foam is good in mechanical performance and heat insulation performance. Generally, the continuous running temperature can attain to **0℃.
