Product Description

We provide pressure vessel, chemical reactors, other storage vessels with custom design to our clients.

That is not a standard product that we are manufacturing.

The design is always uniqe, according to the requirements by the customer.

Our product is made of different material, like

- cast iron

- stainless steel (1.***1/ 1.***1/ 1.***4/ 1.***1 etc)

- alloy (C**2 - 2.***2/ etc)

To build new equipment, like a process vessel is a delicate process on side of the customer. Sometimes is very difficult to specify all requirements by the user. Using inadequate user specification, the delivered goods will not meet with the expectation of the client.

It is wise to know that only the client know what they are needed exactly. Only the client has all relevant information about the use of the new machinery.

Our engineering staff knows perfectly that is not easy to the customer, giving the right explanation for the startup. For that reason we are thinking together with our clients, from the beginning. We assist to build up the specification for the design.

We provide full service from the design, through the manufacturing process, till the handover, where all step could be controlled by the customer.

The new equipment is fully tested also at the manufacturing site F.A.T.

After commissioning at the customer site S.A.T. / IQ / OQ / PQ

Handover can close only in case all tests were passed.
