These panels can be produced with a slipforming machine (elements 1 and 3). The 3 layers are joined by means of steel elements embedded in the concrete which run across the insulation material.

Depth: The thicknesses of both the elements and insulation can be varied as required in sandwich wall panels.

Precast Double Tees have traditionally been used in parking structures. Over the years, double tees have been used more and more as floor and roof systems. They can be used for relatively short spans (9 or *2 meters) but find their main use in spans up to *0 meters. The application can cover gymnasiums, cafeterias, canteens, swimming pools, etc. Among the benefits we can mention inherent fire resistance, speed of construction and sustainable design.

Slipformers produce the concrete elements by continuously travelling on the casting bed. The machine obtains the element through the combination of concrete dosage and the vibration / compaction. This continuous vibration ensures a high level of compaction at  every point of the element.

Our Slipformer, thanks to its design and the possibility to accept moulds for different precast elements, offers the right solution to all those companies which need to manufacture both floor and wall elements with different depths. Standard slabs have a depth ranging between **0 mm to **0 mm and a standard width of ***0 mm (special machines can be supplied as well, just as an example – width of ***0 mm for the Russian market).
