Product Description
1. The
glue is scaled on the surface of PVC film. The glue box is made
of stainless steel and copper alloy, which can evenly scale the
oil-solution glue on the surface of PVC film with high
precision.
. The bottom wheels and
pressing rollers adopt silicon rubber and aluminum materials,
with light weight and strength hard. They are wearable and not
sticky glue, used long.
3. Profile cleaning device, it can
automatically pre-clean surface of the profile in order to
improve the bonding strength.
4. Profile heating device, it can
automatically pre-heat surface of the profile to improve the
bonding strength. Heating system uses the carbon fiber heating
tubes, through calculating the length of the infrared wave,
making the length fit the wave range which the plastic and
aluminum profile can absorb, besides the hot-air gun assist to
heat.
