Progressive Centralized Grease Lubrication System-DDB1 is one of
our main product.
This
motor driven pump can be equipped with at most 4 pump units. The
discharge volume of each pump unit can be either the same or
different. Grease can be directly delivered to the lubrication
point.
It has airproof structure, which has the features of waterproof and
dustproof Protection level is IP*5.
Each grease discharge point can be equipped with shockproof
pressure gauge, so as to observe the work condition in each grease
pipe.
Each grease discharge point has a safety valve that is used to
control overload in each grease loop so as to guarantee the safe
use of lubrication pump. If the grease loop is overloaded, the
safety valve will be initiated to release grease. The pump will
return to work after grease pressure restores to the normal.
Pump can be equipped with controller that is used to control the
working cycle of the lubrication pump in order to automatically and
intermittently deliver quantitative grease to the lubrication
point.
This pump has reliable performance and compact structure, with good
looking profile, and convenient for maintenance, applicable for
grease lubrication in various machines and equipment.
