The Project Management Business Game (PMBG) is a "serious game" advanced in the field of project management and proposes a learning try and learn the dynamics of the Project Manager. The tool is web-based and scalable for large projects. During the game, each player / team players is / no different industrial companies operating in the same market, participants are asked to think about the management of a project by making decisions in two basic steps:
