Product Description

The dust air will enter the filter room from the hopper or the down open type flange, the coarse dust granule will fall into the hopper or silo, the fine dust will rise to the filter bag, after the filtering of the filter bag, the dust will stick to the surface of the filter bag, the cleaned air will come into the cleaning room from the bag mouth, and then come to the atmosphere by the system blower.

As the non-stop filtering, the dust stick to the filter bag accumulated continuously, cause the equipment resistance up to one designed value (generally is ***0Pa), Time Relay or Micro Pressure Controller will output the signal, make the controller start to work, consequently open the pulse valves make the compressed air sprayed into the filter bag via the spray tube rapidly and immediately, the rapid reverse air flow will make the filter bag expand suddenly, the sticked dust will fall off and down to the hopper or silo. Lastly, the dust will be discharged out by the flap valve or conveyer.

When in the reverse spray cleaning process, will spray the filter bag row by row gradually, when one in work, the others are in the filtering process.
