Spearmint
(scientific name: Mentha spicataLinn.), also known as
spearmint, fragrant mint, Dutch mint, green mint,
coriander, fish coriander. It is an erect perennial
herbin the labiaceae with erect stems and purple or
white flowers that bloom from July to September.
Temperature adaptation range,like wet, like light,
suitable for weak acid soil. Spearmint oil can be
extracted by distillation of stem and
leaf.
