Hyaluronic acid is a high molecular weight polysaccharide with D-
glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-glucosamine as repeating structure
unit. Because of the action of hydrogen bond between the
monosaccharide in HA linear axle, HA molecular forms a rigid screw
