Press wheel of **0mm diameter and double loop cooling system match with moulding temperature controller to accurately control the temperature of the press wheels thus control the plate thickness.
Slice cutter ensure accurate dimensional figures.
The furling platform device adopts advanced torque motor, matched with four-axis automatic strain control can freely adjust the furling speed and strength to make sure of the flatness of thin sheets; and matched with stripping device can freely adjust sheet width. And this lline also has automatic meter-calculator to fix the sheet length.
Three-roller calender adopts horizontal or *5 degree inclining style to freely move up and down, which provides more process alternatives.
