PVC foam (low-foam)board is also called Andy panel, Chevron board (color plate, said Chevron board), etc., which is a new chemical materials, the synthesis after adding various additives into its main raw materials*-Polyvinylchlorid(PVC) .According to different producing methods, there are two types of PVC foam board:one is called Seluka, surface with hard crust, but smooth; the other is called free foam board, surface without crust, the surface into fine convex-concave shape. The production process of free foam board is simple and relatively cheap.

Product Properties:

PVC low-vasicant board is a new type of environmental protective plastic materials instead of woods and steels. It is better than woods with many advantages_light-weight, convenient for transportation and construction, flexible, flame-resistant & acid and alkali- resistant,

moistureproof, water-proof, good heat preservation, sound insulation, shock absorption and so on. The board can be filmed or printed colorfully. It owns many ways of processing such as drilling,sawing,nailing,planing, cementing, jointing and so on. According to common welding procedures, it can be jointed with other plastic materials. This product is smooth and printable, but must clean the whole surface before making it.
