1.Product Description
PVC sparkling modifiers DLF series is a processing
aid based on a high molecular weight resin. DLF series improves
the processability and the performances of PVC
formulations.It can be widely used
inPVC profiles,sections, pipes, pipe
fittings and low foam products to inhibit foaming or
vesication.
2.performance
.Excellent dispersivity and rheological property in
PVC resin processing; promote fusion in low temperature and
increase fusion strength,elongation and elasticity.
.Promote gelation of PVC, improves hot-melt strength
and visco-elasticity, Increase the surface quality of PVC
products.
.Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more
homogenous melt of PVC, etc.
.Broaden the range of PVC resin processing,get
uniform bubble structure and low density using in foam
products.
