PVC instant card material (non-laminator card )
Apply to: VIP card, IC card, student's identity card, magnetic card, etc. 
Also other fields, like: bridal veil photographic, key tablet, etc, there is no limit size for our Instant PVC card. 
Card made of PVC materials is featured by clear printing, accurate color rendition, indiffusion after long-term placement, strong adhesive force, stiffness, etc.  

 Manufacture Method:

1. Printing side is: 
The side without white protection film 
2. Setting for prints:
Select **0x**0mm as printing size.
Click Mirror (Reverse) printing option.
Choose Photo Quality Inkjet Paper.
Set best printing quality in driver options.
3. After printing:
When the print is FULLY DRIED, remove off the transparent protecting film from both sides of core sheet. Attention: DO NOT peel off the protecting film from printable material till complete procedures. 
Align the materials according to the following combination (printing side face to material B): A-B-A .to laminate by pouch laminator (degree: ******0°C)
4:Then cut it into every card by card cutter.
