Product features:

Yfseries PVC profile extrusion line is mainly used to produce PVC window profiles,wide doors, elbowboards, multi-hole threading pipes(*-hole, *-hole, *-hole, *-hole, etc). The line can adopt different twin screw extruders according to different profiles, sections and moulds, and also equip with vacuum forming table, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker or other auxiliary machines
Main extrusion output is between *****0kg/h. Haul-off machine adopts special lifting technic, and works stable, have good reliability and strong pull. Vacuum forming machine adopts special large vortex cooling system, which is easy to cool down and form to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion. Cutter speed is same as hhauling speed, adopt PLC controller, reasonable design, stable working, can cut automatically and equip with dust recycling system. According to different moulds, vacuum forming table can be 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters or *1 meters.
