1. Raw material structure: shrinkable PVC,
2. Shrinkable range: TD 50-55%, MD 1-3%
3. Shrinkage temperature:100-130C,
4. Thickness of  film: 25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75 Micron,
5. Maximum Colors:10 Colors, Pantone or CMYK, gold/silver foil
6. Sleeve label carton size: L35×W35×H25mm. 25KG per carton,
7. Roll film(reel) carton size:L51×W51×H_(it depends on the width of sleeve label),paper inner diameter is 6 , automatic labeling machine always use 6 paper  core, the outside diameter of roll film is less than 500mm.
8. Minimum order quantity:  it depends on the size of label. The quantity variation permissible is more or less 10%
9.Payment terms: 50% T/T in advance as a deposit, the balance to be paid before shipment;
10.Delivery terms: EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF are accepted.
11. Packing method: to be supplied in bundle of sleeve, packed in thermo-cool sheets and use special anti-hot paper to wrap before packing and then into suitable transport-worthy carton.
12. Packed label in store below 25 degree, protected from sun, rain and dust.
13. Sample Time: 1 weeks upon the artwork confirmation;
14.Delivery Time: 2~3 weeks upon order confirmation.
