This series are mechanical gate-mode metal sheet shears for straight cutting steel plate. Generally, the sheared metal sheet can be used directly without any other processing. The series of shears operate through turn-key clutch and foot switch; can be single or continuous cutting way. We invented mechanical overload protection device, and it is the first time to adopt overload protection on shearing machines in China. Normally, all shears operated under certain loading condition. When overloading, the mechanical overload device disengaged automatically, protection device will be automatically protect and will not damage major gear, crankshaft and wall panels. (The mechanical overload protection device is an optional part, and to be subjected to additional charge.)
