1,The machine adopts the structure of gantry type and the crossbeam of net frame style.

2,The crossbeam is welded into shape and stress-relieved through tempering integrally,then gone through finishing mechanical processing ,with high intensity and good rigidity ,ensuring beam won't transfigure forever.Precise guide-way ,gear and rack are assembled on it,ensuring transverse precision.Transverse rack is fixed with bolt onto the beam for easy replacement and adjustment in time.

3,One side of driving frame is fit with horizontal control roller ,making stable running of entire machine during working .There are scrapers at both sides of driving beam for scraping sundries amassed on rail surface all the while.

4,According to the requirements of the customers ,assembling CNC flame single torch ,Power-spray scribe torch ,stamping unit ,plasma mechanical torch or linear triple cutting torch ,and also fit auto igniter and torch height controller.

5, Widely used for many kinds of steel cutting industries.
