Characteristics:
Soya Lecithin consists of three types of phosphatidylcholine (PC),
phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI). It is
extracted from soybean oil, and it is light yellow to brown
transparent or semitransparent ropy liquid matter.
Application:
Food Industry: It mainly used in making chocolate, ice cream, dairy
products, margarine, confectionary, noodle sauce, instant foods and
backery etc.
It has the function of emulsification, anti-oxygenic property,
reducing viscosity and dispersing property, it also can combine
with starch, protein to reform physical property of food.
Pharmaceutical & Health Care: Capsule, pharmaceutical
excipients, intravenous fat emulsion, liposome preparations, PC
injection, oral preparations.
Feed Nutrition: Aquatic feed, livestock and poultry feed. It can
strengthen the nutrition of feedstuff, providing lecithin,
cephalin, necessary fatty acid, Vitamin E etc. It has function of
anti-oxygenic property.
Chemical Industry: Leather industry, paint, printing ink, coating,
emulsion explosive, petroleum drilling fluid.
