Product Description
The radial needle roller and cage assemblies is a self
retaining rolling unit. The long space between two guidance face
is easy for both guiding the needle roller accurately and choose
reasonable position. The type is recommended to use when the
shaft and housing bores are used as raceway . The needle roller
and cage assemblies provide rolling bearing with high
accuracy within low radial section height.
UBT also manufactures split cage assemblies and inch
system cage assemblies, such as WJ.
The main types of cage are series M and series K.
KU. KH. The cage is made of high quality carbon steel or
low carbon alloy steel (*5CrMo,*0CrmO) or plastic (nylon). The
cage will have enough strength and anti-friction properties
after chemical operating. The operating temperature of plastic
cage should be **0°c, and **0°c is allowable on condition that is
is short time operating.
The needle rollers are sorted according to the
deviation from the nominal diameter. The maximum
diameter tolerance is **3um
When the needle roller and cage assemblies are
operated between axis and shell, the radial clearance is
determined by the processing tolerance of axis and shell's
race way.
In order to the radial needle roller bearing and cage
assemblies meet with the load capacity , the hardness of raceway
should no less than ****4HRC, the depth of hardened surface
should be 0.**1mm and roughness (Ra) mustn't over 0.2um
