INTRODUCTION
HCG pregnancy test kit is used for the determination of HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) in serum or urine specimens. This test kit is used to obtain a visual, qualitative result for early detection of pregnancy.
TEST PROCEDURE
1. To begin the test, open the sealed aluminum pouch and remove the test cassette from the pouch.
2. Collect the Urine sample in a bower and draw 4 drops of urine sample into the pipette. Dispense the urine drops into the sample well on the cassette.
3. Wait for the color band to appear in the test and control chamber. Depending on the concentration of HCG in the urine specimen, positive result may be observed in as short as *0 seconds. However to confirm negative result, the complete reaction time 5 minutes are required .Do not read the results after *0 minutes .
INTERPERTATION OF RESULTS
1. Negative: Only one color band appears in the control region. No apparent band on the test region, hence there is no pregnancy
2. Positive：Distinct color bands appear in the control and test region. Both test line and control line indicates that you are pregnant .Color intensity of the test bands may vary as different stages of the pregnancy have different concentrations of HCG hormones.
3. Invalid: No visible band at all. Repeat the test with a new test kit.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
1. The test kit can be stored at room temperature (****0) in the sealed pouch to the last date of expiration.
2. The test kit should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
PRECAUTION
1. For in vitro diagnostic use only.
2. Do not use test kit beyond the expiry date.
3. The test device is only for single use.
