 8. Pre-Shipment Inspection:
 The seller shall effect the material to be inspected by Alex Stewart as pre-shipment inspection including Weighing, **0% sampling on the ground(mine), sealing and assay of magnesite and moisture content. Pre-Shipment inspection charges shall be borne by the Seller.
 9.Inspection：
  Alex Stewart Original inspection report shall be issued and sent to the seller by the final destination inspector Alex Stewart. The Buyer and Seller has the right to witness all the inspection process.inspection charges shall be paid for by the buyer and issued in xxx name.

Being agreed upon the weighing, sampling, sealing and assay report/certificate prior to shipment, The Buyer shall pay **0% cash upfront at the counters of the sellers Bank
