RBE offers widest range of high productivity and energy efficient twin screw extruders - FLOWEX with unique ‘MULTIDRIVE’ systemfor the production of RPVC/UPVC, CPVC and HDPE Pipes, supplying complete line including MD Plus series Extruder, die, vacuum sizing, spray tank, haul-off, cutter  from a single source, custom-built and energy-efficient.  Accurate Quality Check System ensures highest quality of the products. 

FLOWEX - series of twin screw pipe plants are available with outputs ranging from **0 kg/hr to ***0 kg/hr and pipe diameter range from *5mm to ***0mm.FLOWEX series are fully equipped with Bausano’s technologies. The lines are incorporated with ‘Multi-Drive’ system,  *0 L/D ratio, screw thermo control unit, back pressure controller, melt temperature and pressure transducers, two vacuum chambers, safety system, touch screen control panel for complete plant with PLC, unique die design for single and double exit, vacuum sizing tank with calibrator, double chamber vacuum tank, multi track haul-off, planetary cutter and tilting bench. Other features like online power measuring system, special coating on screw, automatic diameter and thickness control system, online belling system can be incorporated.
