We seek existing properties to be purchased at discount what ever the condition. Commercial needs to have a minimum of ***0 Cap Rate. Residential SFR are also desired. Local municipal redevelopment and rehabilitation projects are also desired, especially where state and federal grants and loans are provided as incentive. Whether it is a commercial retail building, hotel, one SFR, or a whole housing development, we desire to buy for investment.
