THE REMANUFACTURING PROCESS The used cartridges are sorted according to their general condition and whether or not they have been previously remanufactured . Each cartridge is then completely disassembled and cleaned. All components are checked, and, if necessary, replaced. In some cartridge brands certain components are always replaced with new components . Cartridges are then filled with high quality toner specific to the cartridge type being remanufactured. All of the cartridges are print tested before packing and the original manufacturer�s labels and trademarks are either removed or covered. Final cleaning and buffing of the cartridges occurs next, to achieve the best looking end product. Finally, cartridges are packed into appropriate boxes.
