Two level switch is located under solar panel, it is intelligent energy saving control,  when put it on in daylight, you need to cover the solar panel, than the light will be on.  The bright will vary with different bright at around.

Charging Way:
1 By solar energy: To put the light under the sunlight for *2 hours, do not let any article cover the solar panel, 
then it will be full, sometime the sunlight may be different, then it need longer time.
2 By household electric: To plug the connection wire into the hole under the solar panel and charge
