The nitrogen series compressors are
developed by Jiangxi Gas Compressor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter
referred to as Jiangxi Gas Compressor) in combination with
the characteristics of internationally advanced compressors
and as one of main products of Jiangxi Gas Compressor, the
product features exquisite workmanship, stable and reliable
performance and complete variety. According to the characteristics of nitrogen and the special requirements for technology, the compressor's vulnerable parts like guide ring, piston ring, seal packing, air valve, etc. are made of new material, featuring long service life and easy replacement and maintenance. The flux part shell of oxygen and nitrogen compressors are made of stainless steel, and the cooler uses the stainless steel high-efficient cooler core, featuring good cooling effect. The unit design (or non skid-mounted) and the perfect automatic control and protection system is more convenient to install and use. The series of products are mainly applied to: 1. The0.*5～1.*0medium and low pressure series nitrogen compressor and nitrogen booster compressor supporting *********0Nm3/h pressure swing adsorption air separation nitrogen generating equipment. 2. 3.0MPa medium pressure series nitrogen compressor supporting *******0Nm3/h conventional medium and small air separation equipment. 3. Refrigerant circulating nitrogen compressor supporting all kinds of flammable gases (natural gas, coalbed gas, oil field gas, coke oven gas, etc.) deep-cooling liquefying equipment. 4. Other processes or sectors which require oxygen compression. |
