Refractory concrete mixture pump PXX **0 (PXX **0) is designed for refractory concrete mixtures used in metallurgy-production of raw iron, for building of channels and discharge spouts, for building of ladles in steel-making, covers, etc. The machine can be used also in civil construction, foundations, floors and larger concrete areas. Technical output : *0 m3 /h Grain size - max. *2 mm Mixture transport : pneumatic Working overpressure into wessel 0, 8 MPa Max. working overpressure into wessel 1, 0 MPa Transport distance horizontally **0 m ; vertically *0 m Refractory concrete mixture pump PXX **0 (PXX **0) serves for the production and transport of solid and wet concrete mixtures and refractory concretes. The mixture, that is delivered in the high-volume bags, so called BIGBAG, is with the crane getting to pressure vessel. The water volume is adjusting with the water dosing system. The mixture is mixed in the pressure vessel with the mixing blades, after closing the pressure vessel the mixture is aerated by the blades and with the pressed air (upper air). Rotation of blades is moving the mixture towards the outlet hub. Additional (lower) air, which is incoming through the injection tube to the outlet hub, is moving the mixture forward to the hoses where the harmonious transport is being performed. During transport the mixture is in the hoses in the clusters. To ensure the mixture not to return to the machine during the work stops, the machine is equiped with the " QUETSCH " valve which closes the vessel outlet. The mixture is pushed out of hoses with the additional (lower) air, which is getting beyond this valve.
