Reinforcing Mesh

Product Description

Reinforcing mesh, also called steel bar welded wire mesh, is a welded steel mesh reinforcement product, and a reinforcing mesh welded with horizontal and longitudinal reinforcements arranged in certain space and forming a right angle, and welded by strong resistance pressure at all cross points.
Process Flow
1. Wire drawing: Wire rod is fine-drawn and lengthened through a drawing tool
2. Cold rolling and ribbing
3. Straightening: Straighten the reinforcement through a reinforcement bar straightening machine, cut into reinforcement bar, and determine the size according to lap length between arching space and mesh
4. Welding: The welded mesh is featured by fastness, good anti-seismic and anti-cracking properties, anticorrosion, antioxidation, etc. 
Applications: Mainly used for coal mine roadway protection and reinforcement, concrete pavement, bridge deck pavement, airport runway, tunnel lining, house floorslab, roof, wall, terrace, concrete pipe, pile, etc.
