What is Lingzhi

Main Ingredients of Ganoderma Lucidum & Studies:

Scientific studies show that Ganoderma is rich in active pharmaceutical components. There are about a thousand compounds found in Ganoderma Lucidum and its spore, that can be divided into *0 different categories, including G.L polysaccharides, G.L. triterpenes, G.L. polypeptides, *6 types of amino acids (7 of which are indispensable to humans), proteins, steroids, mannitol, coumarin, alkaloids, organic acids (mainly fumarate), and micro-elements such as Ge, P, Fe, Ca, Mn, Zn, etc.  The substances that have key physiological activity are triterpenoids, polysaccharide, nucleotides, amino-acid, micro-element, organic-germanium and alkaloids, etc.
Triterpenoids compound:  The trierpenoide compound includes Granoderma Lucidum acid. Ganoderma Lucidum spore acid, Lingzhi spore lactones etc. tetracyclic or pentacyclic triterpenoids, belongs to high-oxidized steral by-derivatives. Preliminary studies indicated that ganoderic acids help alleviate common allergies by inhibiting histamine release, improve oxygen utilization and improve liver functions. Triterpenes are bitter in taste and the level of the triterpene content contained in a product can be determined by the bitterness.
Another major active ingredient found in lingzhi are called water-soluble polysaccharides, triterpeniods, proteins and amino acids. Researchers have identified that water-soluble polysaccharides are the most active element found in Red Reishi that have anti-tumour, immune modulating and blood pressure lowering effects.

What is Lingzhi Spores

Ganoderma Lucidum Spores (Lingzhi Spores)are the seeds of Ganoderma Lucidum (hereinafter G.L. spore) mushroom plant. G.L. (Lingzhi). spores are a very light weight, dark-brown powder that naturally sprays out of the plant surface into the air when the G.L. grows to about **7 months. G.L.
