A remanufactured engine is an
engine that has been completely disassembled, washed, machined and
has gone through a mechanical test. It is also called a complete
overhauled engines.
We perform the following
processes:
Cylinder Block: Boring, Honing to oversize,
Surfacing block deck
Cylinder Head: Replace old Valve Guides to
new, reground Valves, reground Valve Seat Rings, surface Head
Deck
Crankshaft & Camshaft: Reground and
polishing
The parts that have to be
replaced to brand new parts:
Pistons, Piston Rings, Crankshaft
Bearings, Connecting Rod Bearings, Head Gasket, Seals and Freeze
