ACID: Refined castor oil is
saponified by Caustic Lye to Soap.
This Soap is acidulated by acid There are two layer
(Upper Layer is Ricinoleic Acid &(Lower Layer of acidic pH*2
water).The bottom layer is drained out Glycerin
Recovery Plant and the upper layer gives water washing **3 times
and then go for drying and bleaching. After removing moisture it
gives Ricinoleic Acid. We offered Yellowish Liquid Not high
Viscous.
