  Crushing is one of the most critical processes in the feed production process. It directly affects the quality, yield, energy consumption and cost of feed products.

 

Raw material after crushing, surface area increase, conducive to animal digestion and absorption; but also variety raw material can get uniform size, help to improve and raise mixing and other processing links.

 

The main operating equipment in grinding process is: hammer mill, micro-mill, as well as silos, feeders, magnetic separator, classify sieve and conveyor these auxiliary machines.

Batching is the process in feed production normally happening between the grinding of ingredients and mixing of the feed. Normally there have two processes: first ingredient, after grinding then mixed, and first crushed after batching then mixed.



Mixing is under external force, two or more kinds ingredients mixed with each other, so that the volume of each component evenly distributed in small particles



Pelleting is the mesh feed plus steam conditioning, and force to pellet by pelletizer, then cooling, crumble and classifying, to get required pellet feed.

Pellet feed suit for feeding pigs, cattle, sheep, horses, chickens, ducks, fish…..etc.
