Main Features

1.More wear resistant and impact resistance of pick cutters’ body pyramid. Protect alloy head won't fall off because of excessive wear and tear.

2.Enhanced the mechanical strength, the perfect integration of both of the hardness and toughness, especially the combination property of pick cutter’s handle has greatly improved, at the part of the connection which is the handle and the cone, anti-shear capacity is enhanced, to avoid the fracture phenomena.

3.Melting and Cladding layer are close-grained and smooth, the resistance is small, coal into blocks rate is high.

4.Melting and cladding layer will not generate sparks when pick cutter is colliding the rocks. It is more safely to work in highly gassy mine.
