DOZCO is the only INDIAN company, which manufactures rock breaker applicable for various excavators, Skid steer, and Backhoe Loaders. Likewise, we are Exporting our breaker to many European & South-East Asian Countries as well as we are OEM to many European Rock Breaker/ Hammer manufacturer.

A. We use superior quality of steel of Japanese standard compare to Chinese & majority Korean Hammer manufacture using Chinese Steel for reducing their manufacturing cost, which is impacting their Quality.The advantage of using superior material is to increase the durability of our hammer.

B. We use Dampers on the upper part as well as on the sides our Hammer instead of simply bolting it. The advantage of using this is lessening in the wear and tear of the parts.( I have attached the picture, which depicts the same)

C. The bottom shell of our Hammer is having Hardox (high strength wear resistant) plate, which helps it to protect the hammer for any damages while operating.

D. Our Heat Treatment and Quenching processes are way far superior to those from Chinese & Korean. Besides, our factory is equipped with next-generation Japanese types of equipment for manufacturing hammers.

E. Our technology is based out Japan & Korea and we adopt the same Manufacturing and Quality processes. Also, we are ISO ********5 certified and follow TQM processes.
