The roller mill is the main equipment among all the milling equipment in the flour factory. It mainly peels wheat with the effects of a pair of relatively rotating grinding rollers.Then, the endosperm peeled from the wheat bran is milled into powder. When operating, the grains will be extruded, sheared, and peeled to obtain the milling effect. Each roller mill possesses two independent systems used for driving, feeding, and mill. The systems play their respective functions in the milling process.

1. Our roller mill adopts the pneumatic servo feeding or frequency control feeding to control the rotating speed of the grinding roller.

2. The roller is supported only by the eccentric lever of clutch structure, and the rollers withstand the working stress by themselves.

3. The horizontal roller allows materials easily get into the milling area. Also, it can be conveniently dismantled and maintained.

4. The fast and slow roller is driven by three-gear V-belt which offers large transmitted power, stable operation, and low noise generation.

5. Both side frames of the roller mill cover upper and lower split structure. The upper and lower parts are connected with shock pad.

6. The suction device is installed to improve feeding conditions and lower the temperature of roller and grains.

7. The roller mill adopts the enclosed and duplex structure. Its surface has been treated with electrostatic spraying.
