Production Process
Trough idlers/ troughing rollers are used for conveying bulk materials, and are designed and manufactured withtrough anglesof 20° and 30° normally. Idlers of 45° trough angle or any other angles are also manufacturedas per customer'sdesign and drawings.

We can also design/ manufacture and supply 5-roller-type idler rollers. Mounting brackets are manufacturedout of standard steel sections to have rigidity and stability of the frame. Shafts are manufactured out of carbonsteelbright steel bars suitable for any torsional load and bending movement.

We could produce the idlers/brackets in both Metric and Imperial CEMA standards or any other custom size.

Surface Treatment
