5.SOD for Rolling guide

In order to help our customers to save cash flow and time, we develop a new way of rolling guides supply, that is SOD, means Supply on Demand. Main meaning is as follows:

a)We make a SOD spare parts list together with customer according to customer requirements and our experience, then sign contract.

b)Customer pay *0% of contract value as down payment against Contract signed.

c)After receiving down payment, we will stock all signed spare parts in our warehouse as per the delivery time regulated in the contract.

d)The goods will be delivered as follows:

uNormal request

**0% (*0% balance payment for this lot + *0% down payment for re-production) payment for the spare parts shall be paid by customer by Telegraphic/Transfer (T/T) within 5 days after receiving the goods ready advice. Then we will re-produce the goods after shipment.

uEmergency Request

**0% (*0% balance payment for this lot + *0% down payment for re-production) payment for the spare parts shall be paid by the customer by Telegraphic/Transfer (T/T) within *0 days after customer receiving goods. Then we will re-produce the goods after shipment.

e)SOD contract will be valid for 3 or 4 (as customer wish) years after effectiveness.

f)*0% Balance payment for the remaining material shall be paid by customer *0days prior to contract expiration.
