EFM***0 ROTARY OVEN

We have developed a new heat changer for this oven. With this heat changer, the heat, generated in the combustion chamber, is absorbed better compared to traditional systems. Then,  it is transferred to the cooking chamber. This process ensures high quality and homogeneous cooking together with low energy consumption. With the innovations made in the steam generation system, plenty of steam obtained in vertical plates, provides more needed moisture for each pan. Since the burners of the rotary ovens are on the sides of the oven, our ovens can be easily mounted in the long and narrow volume pastry shops and bakeries. The combustion chamber is made of special heat-resistant stainless steel which can resist more than ***0 centigrade.

The front panels are made of stainless sheet metal. Rust and tarnish does not occur. The illumination is provided with the fluorescent lamp on the door. The lamp can be changed from outside. The ovens are produced to work with fuel oil, diesel, natural gas, and electricity. In addition to this energy sources, solid fuel also can be used in our ovens. We mount water purifier system to our ovens to protect them from bed effects of lime. Depending on the order, our ovens are produced as one-piece or sectional. Therefore, they can be carried and lifted as a whole or in pieces. The oven door is made of 7cm thick stainless steel with three locks. 

The capacity calculation is made for ******0gr bread. It may change depending on the weight.
