upon confirmation of the tax payment refinery will transfer the
SHORE TANKS REPORT ASTM to buyers name on the day of payment
confirmation.

tank receipt (SHORE TANK REPORT) was been inspect by SAYBOLT
Russia , the total Quantity avaliable to be sold in the tank
2,3,5,6 is *0 **2,**0 Metric tons.

the cost price is $ **0 USD. the POP will be issue to Buyer upon
signed contract, after buyer verify the Tank recipt buyer contact
the refinery and make payment to the oil terminal tank firm.

upon confirmation of Total gross Payment via MT**3 pop will be
SWIFT including the Tank recipt and all other pop documents.
