Description:

1. DIN1.***5/SAE***0/GB*2CrMo, JIS SCM**0 alloy steel round bar

2. Hot rolled or forged condition, annealing or harden, black or milled surface

3. Pre-heat treatment:

Annealing: Heat to ******0° C, keep 2H, furnace cold, hardness≤ **7HBS

High temperature tempering: Heat to ******0° C, air cold, hardness ≤ **7HBS

4. Heat treatment:

Normalization: Heating to **0 to **0 ° C, maintenance, furnace cooling to **0 ° C, then in air.

Stress relieving: After rough heat to **0 ° C, maintenance raff. In oven to **0 ° C, then in air.

Hardening: Preheating from **0 to **0 ° C austenitizing

At **0 to **0 ° C, quenching in oil.

Tempering: Heating to **0 - **0 ° C and maintenance regime, again depending on the mechanical
